Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mill Operator /Maintenance Manager to join our hog farm in Elida. Brennco Inc. is a family farm with a robust family culture.

Requirements

• Welding and Fabrication
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly
• Greasing and maintaining equipment
• Perform everyday mill tasks, such as mixing feed, operating mill computer
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely for loading/unloading raw materials
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Secondary Tasks- not required, but helpful

• Delivering feed (no CDL required)
• Picking up mill ingredients (no CDL required)
