We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Safety Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of safety compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management within our propane distribution network. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the propane industry's specific safety regulations, technologies, and best practices. This leadership role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to a safe working environment for our employees and reliable, safe service for our customers.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the propane industry (LP Gas), demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of bulk storage, transportation, delivery, and service operations.
• 5+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role with direct responsibility for safety and/or operations staff.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex safety programs in a highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
