- Proven record of success in fundraising, especiallyonline.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices.

- CRM and email marketing platform expertise (Raiser's Edge,HubSpot, MailChimp, Fundraise Up, etc.)

- Strong communication, organization, and people skills.

- A passion for the LGBTQ community and social issues.

Position Overview for Development Manager, DigitalFundraising

In this new role, the Development Manager, Digital Fundraising,will report to the Senior Director of Development, and providecritical insight and support for development activities withattention dedicated to maximizing income, supporter recruitment,and retention. Main areas of responsibility include oversight ofhow our CRM and fundraising platforms interact with one another,converting generated social media leads to donations, andoptimizing digital channel communications, including emailfundraising appeals, search, paid ads, and social.

As part of this effort, the Development Manager will also workon all areas of the digital strategy including planning andimplementation deliver a coherent and consistent package of expertsupport across the different fundraising areas.
