TS Imagine, Inc., a leading global provider of multi-broker, multi-asset trading sys, is seeking candidates for Head of Data Management, Americas, position to execute data strategy in the N. America region; provide support to the Data Mgmt team to develop core analytical capabilities/model libraries, using adv. statistical, quantitative, &/or econometric techniques, incl. the develop't of analytical tools to address issues in the OMS, incl. trading order capture, risk mgmt & high-level reporting, but also in the EMS, incl. order routing to venues, execution, real time mkt data access, transaction cost analysis, etc; explain & convey tech. subjects to internal & external stakeholders; prep. presentations of complex tech. concepts & research results; manage data about financial products, corporate actions, prices, legal entities, valuation data structures, & common reference data; manage & provide an overview of daily ops, recruitment, retention, training, & develop't of the Data Mgmt team in the region; monitor KPIs & exceptions to ensure they are resolved in line with SLAs. Must have Master's Degree in Quant. Finance, Math, Statistics, Fin. Engg, or Risk Mgmt; 2 yrs of exp as Fin. Data Analyst or Fin. Data Mger; 2 yrs of team leader exp in a fin tech provider or fin services firm, such as data vendors, hedge funds or invest. banks; 2 yrs of exp. with master data mgmt (instruments, corporate actions & valuation data), metadata mgmt, data quality mgmt or data governance with various asset classes, including equity derivatives, fixed income & commodities; 2 yrs of exp analyzing & evaluating pricing models for fin instruments & OTC deals, & applying risk mgmt methodologies, such as VaR & stress testing, to assess & mitigate potential financial exposure; 2 yrs of exp working with Data Vendors, such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE or FactSet & optimising data ops using Basic SQL, scripting (Python, JavaScript).
