IT: ADP, Inc. seeks GlobalView Lead Consultant reporting to our Roseland, NJ loc. to dsgn & doc client's soln incl bus rqrmnts, exec test & impl s/w solns. Bach's deg in Bus Admin, Fin, Info Sys, Comp Sci or a rel'd field + 3 yrs of rel'd exp req'd. ADP will also accept a master's deg + 1 yr of rel'd exp. 1 yr of exp must incl: SAP Payroll config; Config/cnsltg skills for at least 2 applicable SAP functional areas; Blueprinting; Proj estimating; Rqmts determination; Gap analysis; Bus process reengg; Leading Multi Cntry HR/Payroll impls; Understanding bus rqmts & mapping to ensure cnsistncy to templates; Payroll, HR, Portal or Time Mgmt SAP modules config & dsgn; Using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project & Visio to eff update & maint docs/training/demos; Assist a team of cnsltnts to eff impl a soln; Wage type mapping; & Running transports of objs.
