Finance Planning Leader

Finance Planning Leader, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY: Work on coordination, management and consolidation of all the financial reporting and messaging activity that surrounds the unit's budget, forecast, close and planning cycles. Interact directly with financial, strategic and business executives and all the responsibilities that coincide with interactions at that level of the organization. Model complex financial scenarios and leverage EPM (Enterprise performance management) technology. Manage the coordination of segment and subsegment/brand level teams. Act as a subject matter expert to Geo and WW finance teams. Perform delivery of the spring plan, fall plan, budget update, goodwill model and long-term model and other strategic workflows adjacent to these processes. Communicate with financial, strategic and business executives and lead all the responsibilities that coincide with interactions at that level of the organization. Utilize: Financial planning, Accounting, Microsoft Office, Cognos Analytics interface EPM (Enterprise performance management), Financial tools (IBM Planning analytics). Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Science, Economics or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Finance Manager or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Financial planning, Accounting, Microsoft Office, Cognos Analytics interface EPM (Enterprise performance management), Financial tools (IBM Planning analytics). $182,714 to $185,500 per year.
