Executive Assistant to CEO & COO
Onsite: Brookshire, TX
Our client, a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to serving adults with disabilities, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO. Responsibilities:
- Managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and board materials
- Coordinating Board of Directors logistics and communications
- Recording meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Supporting special events, donor activities, and organizational initiatives
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Assisting with process improvements and administrative efficiencies
- Utilizing technology and AI tools to enhance productivity and executive operations
- Anticipating leadership needs and proactively managing priorities and deadlines
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with SharePoint or similar systems preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to interact confidently with executives, board members, donors, staff, and community members
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience in nonprofit, ministry, healthcare, or mission-driven environments strongly preferred
- Comfortable learning and utilizing emerging technologies and AI tools
