Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Reservations Management: Oversee reservations and manage table turn times efficiently.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure general cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
- Table Management: Set and clear tables to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with restaurant opening and closing tasks as needed.
- Order Management: Take to-go orders over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
