District Manager - Quick-Service Restaurants (6 Units)

We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead operations across six (6) quick-service restaurant locations in Schaumburg, IL, and surrounding areas. With a salary of $80k-$85k, this role offers a leadership opportunity in a fast-paced yet balanced environment, with no late nights required.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across six locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Drive performance in key areas, including drive-thru service, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Coach and develop store managers and teams, fostering strong leadership.
Ensure compliance with food safety, operational procedures, and company standards.
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast food.
Expertise in drive-thru operations and efficiency.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to meet performance targets and drive results.
