Responsibilities
What You’ll Do???? Be the heartbeat of our HR operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
???? Own the employee experience — from welcoming new hires to supporting team transitions
???? Coordinate hiring efforts — schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding
???? Keep our records sharp — maintain accurate employee data and ensure our HR systems are up to date
???? Support our people — answer employee questions, guide them through policies, and be a trusted point of contact
???? Drive engagement — help plan events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives that bring our team together
???? Champion compliance — make sure we're aligned with all employment laws and internal procedures
???? Jump into projects — contribute to exciting HR initiatives that improve how we work and grow
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (HR experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, team-player mindset with a desire to learn and grow in HR
