We are seeking a Meeting Planner to join our law firm. You will be responsible for organizing all training events through the year and one all day conference from conception through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all training events both in person and virtual
- Distribute all meeting information and PowerPoints to attendees and instructors
- Calculate and propose annual budget for training
- Work with accounting to produce monthly profit and loss
- Research and identify successful event opportunities
- Identify new trends to add to the training classes
- Learn how to use our Learning Management System, Lifter, a Word Press add on
- Quickly learn how to set up classes in our CRM, Zoho
- Coordinate with marketing to send out marketing emails on both training events and a weekly blog
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
- Strong project managing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new technology
- Understanding of basic marketing techniques is a plus
