We are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in Irving, TX. This role requires strong legal research skills, policy development expertise, and advanced Excel proficiency (including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP). The ideal candidate will also have experience analyzing large data sets to identify compliance risks and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or related function
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to research, interpret, and apply complex legal information
- Excellent communication skills for translating legal concepts into actionable guidance
- Experience with HRIS and compliance-related software
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
