Our Company is seeking a Product Line Sales Specialist in Florida is responsible for supporting and growing sales by serving as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines and integrated systems. This role emphasizes system selling, helping customers and sales representatives understand how multiple products work together to deliver complete solutions. The Product Line Sales Specialist supports the sales organization through training and enablement, provides field-based sales support, drives business development with new customers, and directly manages assigned house and strategic accounts throughout the state of Florida. This role partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to increase product adoption, drive revenue growth, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Product Line Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

Sales Training & Enablement

  • Train and coach sales representatives on assigned product lines and system-based solutions, including features, applications, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Educate the sales team on consultative and solution-based selling approaches that position integrated systems rather than individual products.
  • Develop and deliver sales training materials, product demonstrations, and best-practice selling tools.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing product education for new and existing sales team members.

Field Sales Support

  • Partner with sales representatives in the field to support customer meetings, system presentations, job walks, and closing opportunities.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to design and recommend complete system solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Assist in advancing complex or high-value opportunities by addressing technical questions and overcoming objections.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the Florida market.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers such as contractors, builders, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote system-based solutions to expand wallet share and drive long-term customer relationships.Direct Sales & Account Management
  • Manage assigned house accounts and strategic customers, including quoting, solution design, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Drive revenue growth through system selling, cross-selling, and upselling across multiple product lines.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and account information in CRM system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to align product line strategy and system-selling initiatives.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to inform product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the sales and fulfillment process.

Travel & Territory Requirements

  • Responsible for sales support and business development throughout the state of Florida.
  • Extensive travel required, up to 70%, including frequent overnight stays.
  • Ability to work effectively in a field-based role and manage travel schedules independently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

*Product Line Sales Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, product line management, or technical sales support, preferably within building materials, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Demonstrated success in solution-based or system selling.
  • Strong ability to train, influence, and support sales teams.
  • Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

**Product Line Sales Specialist Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting multiple product lines or integrated system solutions.
  • Background in both inside and outside sales roles.
  • Experience managing house or strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in territory sales management, including planning, prioritization, and execution across large, complex territories.
