Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Kent, WA. This in-person role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The contract runs through the current school year, ending June 12, 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and school staff

Location: Kent, WA
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week)
Duration: Immediate start through June 12, 2026
Work Environment: In-person only
