Aleknagik Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Production Specialist/Manager to support the Office of Community Orientated Policing Services (COPS) in Washington, DC.

Major Duties include but are not limited to:

• Review and prepare electronic product and publication files for posting, ensuring all are section 508 compliant

• Lead in developing physical and electronic distribution information and trends reports to inform printing, distribution, and marketing decisions
• Provide quality control review of documents for errors and potential 508-compliance issues before publication
• Compile, program, and procure USB flash drives with PDF and multimedia files

Additional Duties:

• Review of documents ensuring consistency and adherence to COPS Office Style Guide
• Review existing electronic products for 508 conformances
• Other duties as assigned

Technical Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Required. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and menu building software preferred.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience may be substituted for education

• Training on 508-compliance work required
• Candidates MUST have U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship and MUST be able to pass a government background investigation. Candidates will not be able to work until clearance has been obtained.
