Our organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician or Hospitalist to become part of a distinguished women's healthcare center located in Asheville, NC. About the Practice

This practice is comprised of 6 Physicians, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 1 Nurse Practitioner, supported by an exceptional staff. For nearly 30 years, we have been dedicated to serving women in the Asheville community. All deliveries and gynecological surgical procedures are conducted at Mission Hospital, which features a level 3 NICU, advanced robotics for specialized gynecological surgeries, and the Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) residency program. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to join a family-oriented team that emphasizes high-quality patient care and a healthy work-life balance. We also offer outstanding mentorship for new physicians entering private practice, with experienced doctors skilled in training on minimally invasive surgical techniques, including V-notes, total vaginal hysterectomies, total laparoscopic hysterectomies, and urogyn procedures.

• Each physician enjoys a work schedule of 4 or 4.5 days per week.

• Typical clinic patient volume is around 20 patients per day.

• Compensation structure based on salary and productivity.
• Starting with 4 weeks of vacation time.
• Sign-on bonus of $30K and a retention bonus of $30K.
