Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking Incentive Operations Administrators to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of up to $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Accurately record and allocate donations in the donor database according to organizational guidelines.

Manage tax receipt and acknowledgment processes, including issuing receipts and donor summaries.

Maintain and update constituent records while ensuring data integrity and resolving duplicates.

Oversee tribute-related activities, including tracking and preparing honoree or memorial cards.

Monitor online donation platforms for fraud alerts and process refunds when necessary.
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and familiarity with donor CRMs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and donors.

Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
3+ years of experience in nonprofit gift processing or similar roles.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce NPSP or comparable fundraising CRM systems.

Familiarity with donation platforms such as Fundraise Up or GoFundMe Pro.

Strong analytical skills and ability to generate accurate reports for financial and donor tracking.
