Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.), active Audiolist license and 1+ years Audiologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a licensed Audiologist to provide on-call support for Special Education teams within a school setting located in Waterflow, NM. This per diem position offers the flexibility to contribute remotely, with virtual candidates preferred. The role focuses on reviewing audiology assessments and assisting with the development of individualized education program (IEP) goals to support students' hearing and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities: Review audiology reports for Special Education teams to inform student support planning
Assist in creating audiology-related IEP goals as appropriate
Collaborate with school staff and parents to address hearing and communication challenges
Provide expert consultation and guidance to support student success
Qualifications and Experience: Valid professional and educator credentials in Audiology are required
Bilingual proficiency in English and Navajo (Din) is a highly valued asset
Experience working with special education teams and understanding of IEP development preferred
Work Details: Schedule: Per diem/on-call basis, providing consultation as needed
Duration: Immediate start through May 29, 2026
Location: Based in Waterflow, NM with virtual candidate preference
Caseload: Minimal hours with flexible availability
