Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Manager of Event Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of ProService Hawaii’s high-impact event portfolio—from flagship client summits and thought-leadership forums to exclusive VIP dinners and strategic sponsorships. This role is equal parts planner and strategist: you’ll be responsible for aligning events to revenue and retention goals, attracting top-tier decision-makers, and turning event engagement into measurable business results. Your work will shape client experiences, amplify our brand presence across the islands, and fuel sales and content marketing initiatives.

  • Own the statewide roadmap of ProService-owned, partner, and sponsored events—ensuring alignment with sales and client success objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end event execution, including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite experience design for summits, executive dinners, and regional updates.

  • Develop clear success metrics for every event and drive post-event reporting that connects audience engagement to pipeline growth and client expansion.

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to fill events with ideal prospects and clients—using targeted lists, compelling invites, and effective outreach campaigns.

  • Ensure all events generate high-value post-event content, such as recap articles, video clips, and sales tools, and work cross-functionally to repurpose them for campaigns.

WHAT YOU BRING

You’re a seasoned B2B event marketer who knows how to craft compelling experiences that convert. You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments, and you’re known for strong follow-through, creative vision, and an eye for detail. You have a strategic mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of how events influence brand and revenue outcomes.

  • Proven success leading strategic B2B events from planning through execution, with a clear link to pipeline, retention, or brand impact.

  • Experience managing diverse event portfolios—summits, forums, executive dinners, and sponsorship activations—with autonomy and accountability.

  • Ability to partner with Sales, AMs, and senior leaders to align audiences, messaging, and goals across functions.

  • Skilled in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), segmentation, and campaign coordination to ensure events deliver measurable business results.

  • Strong writing and communication skills for both internal alignment and high-impact attendee-facing materials.

  • Experience turning events into reusable content assets and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize their value.
