Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, email, social media, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with project coordination, deadlines, and task tracking
- Organize files, systems, and processes to improve efficiency
- Support onboarding, scheduling, and communication across teams as needed
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Qualifications
- Preferred proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to build rapport quickly with co-workers and clients
Compensation - $65,000 - $80,000 / year
