Job Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Connecticut LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) credential is mandatory
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and ABA principles
• Previous school-based experience or working with school-aged children preferred

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs to identify the function of behaviors and develop effective behavior plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Design and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and monitor progress for efficacy.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to provide consultation, modeling, and coaching on behavior management strategies.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for school staff to ensure proper implementation of ABA techniques and classroom management strategies.
