Job SummaryWe are looking for full time employee with experience working in a dental office (HMO/PPO) as a treatment coordinator with good verbal skills and friendly. we use softdent dental.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and schedule appointments</li>
<li>Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and inviting environment</li>
<li>Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>
<li>Familiar with computers and scheduling software</li>
