If so, we want to meet you!APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Dayton, OH looking to add an Electrical Engineering Tech to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to build, test, and repair electrical systems while ensuring safety and reliability. Keep reading for more details!What’s in it for you:

What your day will look like:

• Assist in designing electrical systems and circuits.
• Build and test prototypes of electrical components and systems.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports for tests and inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical and electronic blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Use various testing devices to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations in daily work.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers on joint projects.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of relevant experience or completion of 2-year EET degree preferred
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, circuits, and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
