Roofing Foreman

What Youll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew of 45 roofers
- Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and ontime completion
- Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors
- Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company standards)
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained
- Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks
- Communicate with project managers and superintendents
- Interact professionally with customers
- Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years commercial roofing experience
- PVC & TPO experience required
- Valid drivers license + clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Strong communication + leadership skills
- OSHA 30 is a plus (well help you get it, if needed!)
- Metal roofing/wall panel experience a bonus but not required

- $20$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)
