Minimum Requirements
\n
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience preferred. Candidate will serve as the primary PT for the agency, responsible for completing SOCs, evaluations, reassessments, discharges, establishing POCs, supervising a PTA, managing an independent caseload, and scheduling patients daily. This experience is required or strongly preferred by the client.
- Familiarity with OASIS and HCHB is preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Assignment Details

- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Days 0800-1600).
- Weekly Hours: Typically 32-40 hours; productivity expectations apply.
- Mileage reimbursed between patient visits, from first patient to last patient.
- No on-call or weekend requirement.
- Coverage Areas: York County and western Adams County; candidate should be prepared to travel within the coverage area.
