Position Overview:


As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our marketing team with a new senior-level marketer. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role will work closely alongside our existing Content Marketing Manager to scale content production efforts across the region, aligning with our global strategy and supporting go-to-market activities.


This is a senior-level position designed for a B2B marketing professional with a strong background in content creation, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments, preferably within the SaaS industry. You will help develop high-impact assets and messaging tailored for the North America market, while contributing to global initiatives and maintaining brand consistency.

Our content philosophy starts with the problem, the real pain points our prospectsface, and then builds a compelling narrative toward the solution. Every asset you craft should resonate with our buyers' challenges, speak their language, and guide them toward our product.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Strategy, Creation and Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the team (global) to develop and maintain a content pipeline that fuels both brand awareness and lead generation (e.g. articles, downloadable, case studies, website pages, landing pages, and more)
  • Support regional teams (US and Canada) by adapting and creating localized content aligned with business objectives and cultural nuances
  • Coordinate and execute content-driven campaigns across digital channels, including email, web, and social media, in alignment with demand generation goals.
  • Ensure all content follows a problem-solution narrative structure, rooted in prospect pain points and positioned to drive action.

Regional representation & Collaboration

  • Act as a marketing partner for the local business teams, understanding their priorities and translating them into relevant marketing deliverables
  • Bridge global strategy with local market needs, ensuring regional voice and relevant while staying aligned with the brand voice

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for continuous improvement.

Future Team Coordination: As the team scales, help coordinate external freelancers or junior contributors to support execution, ensuring alignment with content strategy and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years' experience in content marketing, editorial strategy or a related B2B SaaS marketing role > Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, SaaS funnel mechanics
  • Native English speaker with outstanding writing and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, social media, advertising, product marketing and content analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Bonus points for previous experience working with legal tech or complex enterprise solutions.
