Aerospace manufacturer in Lancaster, PA is looking for an Aluminum TIG Welder on 2nd shift. Pay will depend on experience, and ranges between $25-34/hr. Company is seeing increased business demand and needs to grow their team.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual welder to TIG weld components safely according to specifications.
- Follow weld instructions and complete projects based on blueprints.
- Perform tack-weld functions to join metal workpieces at specified distances.
- Inspect and record quality requirements of finished workpieces.
- Use all safety devices/tools to ensure safe operation of welding processes.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical school diploma preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to read and work to set tolerances from blueprints.
- Ability to set up and operate welding machines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
