  • Review audit results and provide end-of-audit reports to store managers
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies on-site
  • Assist in training and coaching auditors to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate daily travel logistics, including carpooling when applicable
  • Communicate audit outcomes and client-specific concerns to division leadership
  • Complete administrative tasks such as payroll submission and invoicing support
  • Work in varied environments including sales floors, stockrooms, coolers, and freezers

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a field-based team
  • Comfort interacting directly with store managers and clients
  • Willingness to travel daily within a defined regional territory
  • Ability to work early morning schedules (on-site start time of 6:00 AM)
  • Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

Schedule & Travel Expectations

  • Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required based on audit volume and scheduling demand
  • Average ~35–40 hours per week in stores, plus travel time
  • Average ~10–11 hours per week traveling
  • Average ~389.41 miles per week driven
  • Approximately less than 10% of time working independently
  • You must arrive on-site by 6:00 AM
  • Regional territory generally covers areas Johnstown, PA, Cumberland, MD
  • Ideal home base: Greensburg, PA (within ~30 miles of ZIP 15601)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid commute time when applicable per division policy
  • Mileage reimbursement when acting as the driver (per division guidelines, more to be shared in interview)
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability
  • Upon conversion to a direct employee, benefits typically include:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k)
    • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Why This Role Stands Out
