- Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)
- Department: OB/GYN – Women’s Health
- Schedule: 5 days/week, generally 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible; shifts 8–12 hours possible), No on-call or block scheduling required
- Pay Range : $55.00-58.00 an hour paid weekly
- Benefits : available to full-time employees after 90 days
Job Summary:
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus in Women’s Health/OB-GYN. This role provides leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. The RN will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care, as well as teach patients and families. Effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team is essential. The RN will also help identify and implement solutions when patient goals are not being met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing services, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage patient phone calls and triage inquiries.
- Deliver fetal monitoring and OB-GYN care, including triage and patient education.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Certifications: BLS certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with Women’s Health / OB-GYN experience, including fetal monitoring and triage.
