Job Description
Robert Half Finance &amp; Accounting has partnered with an organization in Fenton seeking a full-time Controller. The Controller must possess strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
 
Controller Responsibilities:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Own and actively perform all core accounting functions
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and present accurate financial statements
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee and process payroll
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable operations
 
Controller Minimum Qualifications:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of full cycle accounting with multi-entity experience
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Intermediate Excel skills with QuickBooks
