WHAT YOUR DAY *ACTUALLY* LOOKS LIKE
As our Customer Service Representative, your focus is on helping clients and ensuring they feel heard and respected. You'll answer incoming phone calls, make outbound phone calls, and tackle various responsibilities to support business growth and client satisfaction. Here's what you can expect:
- Warmly greet customers when they call or walk in, answer their questions, and promote our HVAC services
- Make outbound phone calls to current and prospective clients to build rapport, learn about their heating and air conditioning needs, and set up appointments with our sales team
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Dispatch field technicians, optimize routes, and support operational efficiency
- Listen empathetically to customer concerns, professionally solve problems, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Accurately enter data into ServiceTitan
- Ensure clear and consistent communication among clients, field technicians, and the sales team
- Process retail payments and provide costs for routine services
- Provide additional office support as needed

SCHEDULE
Our Customer Service Representatives work in our office from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with the ability to work optional overtime.
OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 1+ years of experience providing kind and empathetic customer service
- Proficiency with computers and Google Workspace
- Phone etiquette and comfort with proactively calling clients
- Ability to learn and use ServiceTitan - we can train you!
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful personality
- Strong listening skills and clear communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Criteria:
- Experience in a skilled trade like HVAC
