Job Overview
Miami First Remodeling is looking for a full-time office team member to handle appointment setting, dispatch, customer follow-up, and CRM management for our growing construction and remodeling company.
We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions, and residential construction projects throughout South Florida.
We are looking for someone professional, organized, fast, and committed long-term.
Responsibilities
- Call back warm leads from web forms and incoming inquiries
- Set and confirm appointments
- Dispatch and coordinate schedules for sales representatives
- Enter and update customer information in CRM
- Qualify leads and follow up with customers
- Collect customer feedback and report results
- Maintain strong communication with customers and team members
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience preferred
- Reliable internet and workspace
- Must be fully committed to this position
Important
- This is a FULL-TIME position only.
- We are NOT looking for candidates working multiple jobs during our business hours.
- Speed to lead and responsiveness are extremely important in our company.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends - also
- total of 40 hours a week

Pay
- $1000 weekly + commission
