Position Summary:
The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. This role requires a valid drivers license to operate company vehicles and transport materials or crew to job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field crews, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections of worksites to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Operate company vehicles to transport crew, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, job progress, and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operations teams regarding job updates or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and company policies.
• Assist with hands-on field work when required to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in construction, landscaping, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
