What You’ll Do
- Sell residential landscape maintenance programs and enhancements
- Build and manage your own book of business
- This role requires proactive outreach — not just responding to inbound leads
- Handle renewals and maintain high client retention
- Conduct site visits and prepare proposals using LMN
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure clean handoffs and strong execution
- Identify opportunities to increase route density in target neighborhoods
- Support snow sales and client management
