Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Weekdays Only (No Nights or Weekends)
We are seeking a reliable, personable, and professional Barista to join our team at an upscale coffee bar located inside a premier office building in Buckhead. Our clientele consists primarily of corporate business professionals, so delivering an exceptional guest experience with efficiency and professionalism is essential.
About the Role
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages, serving light pastry items, and creating a welcoming, polished atmosphere for our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced yet refined environment where consistency, hospitality, and attention to detail matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based coffee drinks and non-coffee beverages
- Warm and serve light pastry items
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Uphold company standards for quality, presentation, and guest experience
Qualifications
- Prior barista or coffee experience preferred (training provided)
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable serving corporate clientele in a business setting
- Ability to work efficiently during peak morning and lunch hours
- Reliable transportation required (parking provided in Buckhead)
- Must be able to commute to Alpharetta for 6–8 weeks of paid training
- Must pass a background check
