Compensation: $2003 - $2413 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

In the role of a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of both mother and child. Your responsibilities will include adhering to the Standards of Nursing Practice, which encompasses assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your capacity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and adjust to various clinical skill requirements will be vital in providing outstanding care.
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families throughout their life stages
- Create and update patient care plans, coordinating efforts across different disciplines
- Engage in shared accountability and decision-making regarding nursing practices
- Experience in high-risk labor and delivery is essential
- Fetal monitoring and antepartum experience are required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting is necessary
- Current BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory
- Familiarity with the Epic electronic health records system is required
