Our organization is in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to become part of our well-established interventional spine practice located in San Jose, California.
Position Overview:
- A fully operational interventional spine practice with a robust internal referral network.
- A cutting-edge outpatient medical facility that offers collaborative ancillary support.
- Full-time commitment: 35 hours of patient interaction weekly.
- An ambulatory surgery center affiliated with Sutter Health conveniently situated on-site.
Qualifications:
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R.
- Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary for the first two years, with the potential for production bonuses.
- Eligibility for shareholder status after two years.
