Are you a natural leader with a strong clinical background and a heart for long-term care? Advanced Health Care of Hanover is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager (Assistant Director of Nursing) to help lead our nursing team in providing outstanding care to our residents in a short-term skilled nursing environment.
Position Overview
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care and smooth nursing operations. This is a Monday through Friday, day-shift role with rotating on-call responsibilities, ideal for a confident RN ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff and daily resident care
- Oversee infection control, skin integrity, and lab/x-ray coordination
- Support admissions, discharges, and direct patient care as needed
- Monitor and implement Quality Assurance and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate staffing levels and ensure compliance with care standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and staff education
- Serve as a professional role model and clinical resource to the team
Requirements:
- Current RN license (Pennsylvania) required
- Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or ADON preferred
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and collaborative approach to care
