Responsibilities
Engage with local residents in Harmonsburg to understand their unique coverage needs.
Develop customized insurance solutions that offer meaningful protection for families and small businesses.
Manage your own pipeline of potential clients while nurturing existing customer relationships.
Present policy options clearly, helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled with care and precision.
Participate in local community activities to help grow our agency presence and reputation.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license.
Strong track record of success in direct sales or client relationship management.
Clear and articulate verbal communication skills for daily client interaction.
Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a community-based business setting is beneficial.
