The Transport/Housekeeper operates Community-owned vehicles to provide authorized transportation for residents and partners. Your expertise will enhance the transportation for our residents by providing the safest, most efficient transport service for our community.

Job Types: Full Time Monday-Friday 8a - 430p every other weekend
Responsibilities:
- Operates small and medium size cars, passenger vans, cargo vehicles to transport passengers, material nor supplies.
- Inspects, services and cleans vehicles.
- Interacts positively with residents, family members, visitors, and other partners under a variety of conditions and circumstances.
- Replenishes fuel in vehicles after use.
- Maintains vehicles in excellent working condition and ensures preventative maintenance is up to date.
- Performs routine clean-up operations in the service area and transportation building shop areas, such as sweeping and washing floors.
- Assist with Housekeeping duties when not on transports
- Performs maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Driver's License.
- Experience: Three years of car or small van driving or equivalent vehicle experience required.
- Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle required. Ability to do pre-trip inspection of vehicle. Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with residents and other partners required. Ability to find locations using standard road maps as well as written and verbal directions
