Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Location: Remote-based with frequent travel across Ohio

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships within assigned territories. This individual will be responsible for executing sales strategies, meeting performance targets, and representing our brand with professionalism. The role requires frequent travel across Ohio and occasional travel to other regions as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects in assigned territories.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with clients, present products, and close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Travel frequently within Ohio
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
- Proficient in CRM platforms and standard reporting tools.
