What You’ll Do:
- Assist orthodontists with all chairside procedures: bonding, wire adjustments, debonding, impressions, and retainer fittings
- Take and process digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and iTero® scans for treatment planning
- Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments per OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Educate patients and parents on appliance care, hygiene, and treatment timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records using modern software
- Ensure a smooth clinical workflow and exceptional patient experiences throughout the visit
- Travel as needed between locations (Canton, West Hartford, Cromwell, Newington)
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of orthodontic assisting experience (required)
- Radiology certification (required)
- Orthodontic assisting certification (preferred or required by state)
- CPR certification (required)
- Proficiency in digital charting software (Dolphin, OrthoTrac, or equivalent)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates + monthly performance incentives
- Full-time benefits (for 30+ hours/week): medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match
- Paid time off: 3 weeks PTO (prorated) + 8 holidays

Schedule:
- Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week, flexible scheduling
- Candidates must be able to travel between Rosenberg Orthodontics locations as needed
