The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
· Provide administrative support to management team.
· Assist managers with administrative tasks and paperwork.
· Schedule, arrange, and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, including company sponsored events.
· Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
· Set up and coordinate all travel arrangements including transportation, hotel, and reservations for meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.
· Answer and manage incoming calls.
· Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
· Prepare and submit expense reports.
· Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
· Work overtime as assigned.
· Ability to work cooperatively with others.
· Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assume receptionist duties, greet visitors, answer phones, route calls, and take messages as needed
Requirements:
The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· High school graduate or equivalent with secretarial/business school training desired; some college preferred.
· At least 2 years of equivalent administrative assistant experience desired
· Superior administrative skills: typing (65-70 wpm), editing/proofing, speed writing/steno and professional telephone manners.
· Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality
· Exceptional personal computer skills: knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in Word and Lotus Notes.
· Must have well developed organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects.
· Strong customer service and teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others.
· Ability to meet deadlines, handle heavy telephone volume and work with limited supervision.
