Blue Star is hiring High-End Residential Carpenter to join our team in the D.C. area. We build high-end residential projects and are looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want steady, year-round work.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Perform framing, trim, finish, and specialty carpentry work</li>
<li>Read and follow construction drawings</li>
<li>Work with supervisors, project managers, and trades to keep jobs on schedule</li>
<li>Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe</li>
<li>Represent Blue Star with professionalism on every project</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>2+ years of carpentry experience (residential preferred)</li>
<li>Skilled with tools, materials, and construction methods</li>
<li>Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Team player with strong work ethic</li>
</ul>
