Job DescriptionCompany Description
Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliate of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, is transforming healthcare by accelerating the adoption of value-based care across community health systems. Headquartered in the Washington, DC area, Risant Health partners with nonprofit, community-based systems—starting with Geisinger—to expand access to care that prioritizes health outcomes and affordability.
Backed by nearly 80 years of Kaiser Permanente’s value-based care expertise, Risant Health operates independently to support its portfolio of health systems with shared resources, strategic guidance, and operational support—while preserving their community roots.
The Integration and Operations function at Risant Health plays a crucial role in the performance and growth of the organization. Over the coming years, Risant will continue to bring in new Risant Health organizations, which will require extensive cross-functional work to integrate each into Risant Health ecosystem. In addition to integration of new health organizations, the function will establish Communities of Practice to propagate leading best practices among Kaiser Permanente and Risant Health organizations. The function will also identify and build Risant Health Shared Services to further support Risant Health organizations over time. The Integration and Operations function sets direction for and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Risant corporate parent entity, including HR, and multi-year planning and integration management, as well as managing organizational performance. The function also supports risk management activities for Risant Health as needed.
