This full-time Occupational Therapist position offers the opportunity to support students across multiple school sites within a K-12 setting in Del Valle, TX. The contract runs from July 31, 2025, through May 22, 2026, and focuses primarily on elementary and middle school caseloads. The role involves working with 4-5 campus locations and requires expertise in fine motor and gross motor skill development, as well as prior experience in school-based OT services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a K-12 educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine and gross motor skills
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to support student progress
• Manage caseloads across multiple campuses efficiently
• Document therapy sessions and maintain pliance with school and state regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Proven skills in both fine motor and gross motor therapy interventions
• Background in home health or healthcare OT is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage caseloads at multiple campuses
