Production Worker – Cultured Marble Manufacturing

APH Stone and Cabinet is a growing manufacturing company specializing in cultured marble vanity tops, shower bases, wall panels, bathtubs, and custom projects. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Production Worker to join our team.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment with opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the production of cultured marble products
• Mix raw materials and prepare molds for casting
• Sand, grind, polish, and finish products to quality standards
• Trim and detail finished pieces
• Clean and maintain molds and work areas
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred (not required – we will train the right candidate)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable working with hand tools, grinders, and shop equipment
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required
• Valid driver’s license required
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing/shop environment. Personal protective equipment (respirators, eye protection, dust masks, etc.) is provided and required when performing specific tasks.
