Pay: $48-$58 hourly

About the Opportunity:

Blue United Sourcing is seeking two motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Emeryville, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a wonderful clinic with strong staff longevity, where therapists enjoy a collaborative environment and the opportunity to treat athletic and active patients focused on performance and recovery.

The clinic values quality care and provides 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing therapists the time they need to deliver personalized, effective care.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and athletic patient population.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality patient care.

What We're Looking For:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Interest in orthopedic and athletic rehabilitation
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
