Job Title: CDI Specialist
Location: Local; Candidates MUST resides in NY or the tristate area
Local, Remote or Hybrid: Remote
Schedule: 5X8; 8AM-4PM EST
Contract: 27 Weeks
Rate - 55-60 Per hour W2
Required Qualifications
- 5 yrs recent hospital acute care exp &/or verifiable Documentation Improvement exp (required).
- Exp in EMR environment (required).
- Regulatory & 3rd Party requirements as it relates to Documentation Improvement/Rehabilitation Improvement (required).
- Knowledge of 3M Encoder (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
Certifications: CCDS certified (P)
- RN, NP, PA, trained Physician background (required).
Education: Bachelor’s (required). Bachelor’s in Nursing (preferred)
