Job Description
The role involves managing a container management and racking warehouse system, where containers and racks are processed. The facility handles various types of containers and racks, ensuring they are cleaned and prepared for shipping. Candidates with experience in similar environments will find themselves well-suited to the role.
Responsibilities
- Operate the washing machine to clean plastic totes, including loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and scanning.
- Work on the floor processing lanes for inbound containers and racks, removing manufacturer tags, and scanning items with a hand-scanner.
- Repair large plastic containers using hand drills and screwdrivers.
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring the correct containers are shipped.
- Stand for the entire shift and perform tasks that require bending, while adhering to safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency with RF scanners.
- Ability to handle picking tasks.
- At least 6 months of recent labor or forklift experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Capability to work 10 hours of overtime and Saturdays.
- Passing a forklift test, including driving forward and backward through cones and lifting pallets.

Work Environment
The position is based in East Moline and Davenport locations, requiring standing for the entire shift with scheduled breaks. The work involves using various equipment such as hand drills, screwdrivers, and forklifts, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of East Moline, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
